This policy explains how Antibody Cyber Technology, LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the LinCold™ Web Vulnerability Scanner at https://vulnerweb.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; we never store the original password.
• Scan data: the target URLs you submit, the scan profile, timestamps, and the results that the scanner returns, including generated reports.
• Billing information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only the subscription reference, plan and payment history. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP addresses and request logs that our servers record for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. We use one session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: running scans, generating reports and keeping your scan history
• To manage your account, plan limits and subscription
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse and investigate unauthorized scanning
• To contact you about your account, security issues or material changes to this policy

We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Scan results are confidential

Only you can see your scan results and reports, plus authorized LinCold™ administrators when they need access for support, security or abuse investigations. We never publish or share your results.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services) and payment processing (Stripe). We also share it when the law requires or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or us.

5. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete a scan, we remove its results and report files; we keep a minimal record to enforce monthly scan limits. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.

6. Security

We protect data with TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, strict content security policies and restricted server access. No system is perfectly secure. If you find a security issue, please follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post them on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
